Presentation from Denise Eastlick, Executive Director
Announced today that she and 2 other part time employees are resigning.
The Board of Directors has hired a new Managing Director Jayme Friedt (former coordinator position at Meadowlark Festival)
and a new Desert Centre Manager – not named at this time.
Council reviewed with Eastlick the progress made in recent years in developing the Desert Centre site. Eastlick has served for 12 years.
Supporters – Town of Osoyoos, RDOS Area A, CF of the South Okanagan and the Province of BC.
Mayor Sue McKortoff – said a special thank you for her 12 year of services and hope she retired her retirement and will work in the community whenever she ever can.
