A tree came down right there on the bike path in wind last weekend. I reported this to the Ministry of Environment who cleared it with chainsaws and chipper last week. The picture you have is of the first fire. Saturday morning after the fire callout, a young man was seen lighting another fire in the same area. It was reported to 5555 and dismissed as unimportant and just a campfire! So I sent a follow up report to fire chief. Police were not in office yesterday.
Publisher: Keep up the good work – shall check with FD Chief and Sgt. Don

There are people living down the paths between the river and the hike and bike trail
