Wow! Was up there a month ago, and that pond was 3x that size.
from Aug 11 to Aug 18 is the Mt Kobau Star Party, go up and look at some of the telescopes that will be on the mountain that week, but drive slow when you see the signs at the top so as not to kick up dust
I was thinking it may be on the way up to the smmit, I think those holes were dug for the cows to drink from, I bet the flowers are in bloom up there right now with all the cooler damp weather
