   This lack of respect is in evidence all over town perhaps if each one of us picked up the strewn garbage, 7- 11 pizza wedge boxes, subway cups, Tim Horton cups and various other bits and pieces offenders would get with the program. I see young and old alike looking at some of us “picker uppers” in disbelief but I think they get the hint.
   Thanks Ernie and all others for your efforts as you are making a difference!!
   It takes a community to make a community!

   Sure. Dump garbage on doorstep and get charged with trespass. Its happened.

   Apparently it is not enough to find identifying documents; I was told by a Conservation Officer that cruds like this never get prosecuted because they successfully claim that their garbage was picked up by someone else and dumped. Crown Counsel cannot prove otherwise unless there is a photograph of the act.

   Best solution is to use the address found in the garbage and dump it on their door-step.

   My hubby and I had to park there with the 5th wheel coming down from Madden on Sunday. It was right when that storm started! Brakes were hot. I actually took some pics of the storm and didn’t notice any garbage. Someone must have parked there right after us! We were leaving when the fire trucks were headed up the hill past us. Some people just dont care! Awful!

   First to Ernie D. And Dick P. Thank- you, not a nice task to have to handle someone else’s garbage. My thought is,my son tells me of these hunting cameras that can be mounted almost without detection, work on motion, time to do a call out, see who may have some that would be willing to set up a sting. As sickening as this is I find it worse that they are getting away with it!

   Disgusting I know but has anyone looked through it to see if there is any identifying items that can link the persons responsible? This is happening way too much and I would love to see someone finally caught and prosecuted…..maybe tie them in town square for a while with a big sign and picture stating what they did. Make an example. Very frustrating. Big thank you to those who stop and pick up after these guys. Sure hope you get a break at the dump.

   The man that I sleep with cleaned up the garbage in this picture yesterday in that torrential rain storm. He has picked up garbage from roadsides and Crownlands in the area too many times to count. Who are these digusting Cretins??? Thank you to all who value our beautiful area by cleaning up after the Morons that don’t.

   I think respect is a thing of the past these days. I was at the Royal Bank ATM yesterday and there was four pickers waiting behind me and every second word from there mouth was the F WORD it is like that all over town .

   I have picked up garbage there numerous times. Standard equipment in my pickup are garbage bags and a rake. I just don’t ‘ get it ! ‘
