   Thanks, Brandt, but the sky, as you see it, is actually the mountains to the east, still in shadow at this early time of the morning.

   And it’s even “Casting Shadows”! A reminder to all artists that the Fall Art Show and Sale is coming up September 29 – 30 at the Oliver Community Centre. This multimedia arts competition and sale is presented by the Oliver Community Arts Council. Photographers, painters, sculptors, fabric artists, and those working in a variety of 3-D media are welcome to submit their work. Theme: “Casting Shadows”. Deadline to enter: September 7, with finished work submitted September 29. Entry form at OliverCAC@gmail.com We have so many fantastic local artists – photographers among them who have shared their work on ODN. Now a great opportunity to show and sell!
