Exactly my point !!! We can use the land that we own .
So…what’s your point Ed? are you jalous? don’t we have in Canada the right to own property? do you rather live in a Banana Republic?
I agree Jarred and we probably can’t hike up there as it probably is private land!
Whats the point of this location? Theres plenty of farmland in the valley below to either buy or convert to vineyard, this is the exact reason why a national park ( or another idea similar) is much needed in this area
We can look down on that from “high up” (not from the house) but if you want to go on tour Jack we could bounce you up to the peak in the old Dodge…The only problem with this time of the year is the haze in the valley… not a pretty as a clear day in the winter.

Which way is it to very up high ?? To funny !! I am in the 85% group !!
It’s apparent you haven’t hiked those “hills” while hunting or just because it was there Jack. That’s only part way to high up and no where near very high up. If you want really high up you have to go to the Kootaneys, all day up and half a day down.
Publisher: Neil let me know when you are next walking that far up? As for the rest of us. 85% of the people deep in the valley have never walked up that high on either side of the valley. It is high up and yes there are higher ups everywhere in life. Most of us would not think of grape or apples way up that high on the mountains.
