Did you know, starting this year, you will be able to go on-line and complete your Home Owner’s Grant? It is so simple. You don’t have to come into the office to claim your grant if you have access to a computer and an email address. How exciting is that??
Your 2013 Property Tax will have an Access Code near the top right hand corner of the form, just under the Roll Block area.
Go to the Town of Oliver’s webpage at http://www.oliver.ca and you will be able to follow the direction from there. Just under the “Welcome” blurb, you will see a headline “New for 2013 – Online Home Owner Grants”. If you click on the highlighted “top right corner” that will take you to the visual sample of where you would find the Access Code and it also highlights where you would find your Roll/Folio Number.
Back out of that page and you are ready to go to the highlighted “Virtual Town Link” and away you go. It is so easy! Try it.
The Town of Oliver will be replacing its server on Tuesday, May 21, and will not be able to process any payments by cash or look up any information regarding any accounts. If you are able to delay your payment by one day, we will be able to access our computer system and assist fully on May 22. Thank you for your understanding.
