If you look at the photo closely you will see that the motorized watercraft is not close at all to the kayakers. Note body and head sizes, sizes of the watercraft and the amount of ripples in the water between them. not to mention that the three kayakers haven’t turned their heads to look at the jet skiers. All used to get a true feeling for how far apart they really are. Even when one sees or thinks they see something, you must use all your senses, including common.
Publisher: It was a zoom lens which is flat in bringing the spit, the ski boat and the kayakers into focus. Was it close? Neil is sitting in his comfy chair at home and the photag is busy in Osoyoos shooting the lake. Maybe an engineer could deduce how many miles apart these craft are – or just how close.
If I was in a motorized water vessel – I would stay away from the people paddles by a wide margin.
