Agree with publisher: Temperature and wind speed as well as humidity are factors.
No seeding exists when the sky is clear, and this when we see most of the contrails. The picture shows tiny clouds which will not develop into rain cloud. Trust me, I am married to an atmospheric physicist…

Not chemtrails (no noxious chemical products), contrail (condensation trails…water) !
Words are important.
Publisher: Ah – the great debate – are these government planes salting the atmosphere to plant a seed for rain. Or just condensation from a lot of big jets that fly over. The explanation needed – why on some days is it prevalent and others you see nothing. Temperature, humidity and wind speed – help determine how long a contrail lasts in the blue.
