This is a tough one to I D… It’s a juvenile which makes it even more difficult…
I’m pretty sure it’s a juvenile White-crowned sparrow…

It is a CHIPPING SPARROW (Spizella passerina) Size: 13 cm, very common in the area. They are usually seen with Chickadees, Juncos and White-Crown Sparrows

Hmmmm, is it perhaps a Rusty Capped, or Field Sparrow? Hard to tell without seeing wings or size. Lovely photo.
