It was quite the storm later today but we truly hope the rain was long enough to make a difference to that stubborn Testalinda fire that has kept creeping north. We could have done without the hail and hope the damage it caused was minimal for the sake of our farming community. And, we also pray really hard that the lightning wasn’t an issue although it seemed to be very close to us. All in all, this has been an opportunity for our wonderful little community to rise to the occasion (which it has most admirably), reach our hands out to help those who needed our care and applaud and show our appreciation to all of the firefighters, first responders and volunteers who have worked so hard on our behalf. Thanks so much!
